AAIB Shoreham 8th November 2012

Postby AndyR » Mon Oct 22, 2012 11:20 am

8th November 2012 - Tim Atkinson (AAIB) pilot and FI, will give a presentation about the work of the Air Accidents Investigations Branch.

This is arranged through the PFIA (Professional Flying Instructor Association), however ALL are welcome. There is a nominal charge of £5 to non members (£2 to members) to cover costs. Attendance should be prebooked through enquiries@theflyinginstructor.com to ensure spaces match attendees.

Presentation starts at 1830. It will be in the main terminal in one of the conference rooms (tba as to which one).

Should be an interesting evening.

For anyone attending tonight, the presentation will be held in the Airport Museum portakabin, which is on the right hand side of the main terminal as you stand looking at the front of it.

Anyone not booked in will find that there are no longer any spaces left as there are 55 attending, just in case an ad hoc visit is decided upon last minute.
