For all the cricket and TMS loving flyers here, couldn't let today pass without noting the sad loss of Christopher Martin Jenkins - or better known to us TMS listeners as "CMJ". One of the voices of my childhood ...along with Johnners...on the radio. Although one of the more serious commentators, I always remember CMJ's commentary when a dog pooed on the pitch in the middle of a World Cup Match in the Carribbean - one of the best moments on TMS which I have heard.
RIP CMJ.

Re: CMJ - RIPThere are excellent tributes in all of the papers today, but Mike Selvey's in the the Guardian is particularly moving.
His comments on the terrible nature of late-stage cancer and the relief a heart attack may have been in his piece on Tony Grieg in the Times the other day were in retrospect particularly revealing. I know it's a silly username. If you've met me, I probably introduced myself as Josh...
