Fuel Drawback new form

Postby NigelC » Thu Nov 29, 2012 4:12 pm

I don't know if this is ancient history however there is a new 3 page HO60 form to replace the old single page one and there is also a new address in Newcastle to send it to.

(Our wonderful Post Office sent my claim back marked "addressee gone away".)

The link below should take you to the right place.

The old form and address was still working in September.

I suspect that the "old" address you had was Dobson House? The Mineral Oil Unit moved to Benton Park about 2½ years ago. However, Dobson House remained as an HMRC building until a couple of months ago but is now closed.

I don't think the form is too important as these are understood to be processed manually, so as long as the detail is present to allow HMRC to check the calculations you are OK.

The new form is in HMRC colours and layout, whereas the old one was HMCE.
