Big price drop at Gloucester from tomorrow (1st November):

AVGAS down 13ppl to £1.25 (£1.51 inc VAT)

They seem to have taken a lead at Gloucestershire so give them some support. Wish I hadn't filled up the day before

That's 14p / litre cheaper than the Bushe. I feel a visit to Denham coming on.

Wrong...
Jersey and Guernsey are 92p a litre, or 87.4p a litre for qualifying AOPA members as per http://www.jerseyaeroclub.com/content/view/173/2/
:D :D :D
Having said that, refilled rental car near San Jose today for about US$25

We could drive ourselves scatty in here, trying to keep track of Avgas prices by airfield. They change every few days, it seems. At "home" I just go to the fuel farm and fill up. It costs what it costs.

Some places are consistently expensive, some aren't. If it really matters, I phone and ask today's price before I decide where to stop for fuel on a trip.

I think it's great to keep up this sort of dialogue and the more we make it obvious we are concerned about price and that we shop around, the greater is the liklihood that prices will be competetive at the pumps. Nothing like a bit of complacency if you have money to buuurrrn :naughty:
