Non equity group would be a better description. Group member are not responsible for maintenance costs. They will be covered by the registered owner who charges an hourly cost for the flying. I am still learning how this all works. My partner is the expert on such matters. I just offered to see what the response was prior to committing ourselves.
There will not be any requests or demands for maintenance bills, and if a member is not happy with the things are going they will just need to give a months notice and will be refunded with their deposit, assuming they have not had an incident leading to an insurance claim.
So far the response the has been slow but steady.
