To ask for or offer group flying opportunities and to discuss some of the nitty-gritty of groups, visit this forum!
We have two, 1/10th shares in our 1952, PA-22-150 Tri-Pacer based at Perth for sale, for £1500 each. Monthlies are £60 including hangarage, and hourly cost is £85 an hour wet including engine fund.

G-APXU was extensively rebuilt and refurbished after a prop strike and returned to flight in April 2011, with an engine that has 2000 hours until the next major overhaul and a full re-cover and respray. Since then, we have had an alternator fitted and the aircraft has a full standard panel with radio and Mode C transponder and Skymap GPS as well as auxiliary power for an Aware or other GPS.
A very benign aircraft to fly, with no "hard" stall and no real vices, she is suitable for a wide range of pilots. We range in height from 5'6" to 6'8" so no issues with being on either end of the height range.
Our group ranges from a multi-thousand hour airline captain to myself, who is a novice PPL, returning to flying after a 22 year break. The aircraft is Annex II (non-EASA) and is ideal for CAA/JAR PPL(A) or NPPL alike. We have Web booking and availability is never an issue despite the group allowing weekend trips away.
Our two shares are coming available as the long-distance logistics of getting to Perth are proving too much for a couple of our members and they are moving to pastures new.
Any questions, feel free to PM me or call Dylan on 07976 029069 or Andy on 07770 236006 - probably best to call Andy first as Dylan works offshore. Further pictures on AFORS - http://www.afors.com/index.php?page=adview&adid=21654&imid=0
