Very nice photos. Out of interest what sort of camera equipment did you take these on? Yes, I'm too lazy to check the EXIF-data.
Also, what the hell are those things sticking up out of the water?

Canon 7D and 50D with a combination of lenses 24-105L, 70-200L, prime 300L and the occasional wide shot with 10-22. I also used to use a Canon 350D and got some good result from it with a good quality lens.

Thanks for the quick response. However the new pic is of Johns. Queens' is effectively the top right quarter of the first picture. Acttually Queen's starts from the left hand side of the centre line in the top half.

Yep your right that will teach me to guess without looking at googlemaps first. I don't have one of Johns.

Excellent photos. Are they taken from your Beech 19 or a high wing aircraft?

Yep most of them from the Beech19 DV window a few on my flickr site are from a Cessna Caravan and a few from an Airvan
