Recommendations for eating out in Copenhagen

Taking Mrs D to Copenhagen in August. Can't afford Noma, but I believe there are lots of excellent restaurants in Copenhagen. I've booked Nimb (in Tivoli) for one night, but would be grateful for suggestions for the other nights, and any comments about Nimb if anybody's eaten there.
