Renewing mobile forum subscription

Can't log on to mobile forum as subscription has expired. The option to renew only allows purchase of the full electronic version of the mag, which I took out 3 months ago and is still current, rather than the £8.50 sub for mobile access

I tried contacting subs manager via the website but the message bounced back. Can you help?
