The latest Flyer Mag

Postby MichaelP » Thu Apr 26, 2012 7:57 pm

Just to write that I've enjoyed reading the latest Flyer so far, 'came in the post yesterday.

Brian's article on finding the vertical is very useful, I'll try his suggestions on Sunday... I do a lot of Quarter Upward Clover Leafs and so I do a quarter 'vertical' roll often... I'll look more critically at this now.
Brian will perhaps remember me from Tiger Club days...

It looks like the British Olympic 'Restrictions' are far more sensible than they were here in the Vancouver area during the 2010 Winter Olympics. I'm glad to see everyone working it out properly in the UK rather than accepting the dictates of the likes of the RCMP and perhaps the paranoid Americans as happened here.

Good stuff...

BTW I once had the pleasure of checking someone out in a Baron here off Langley's relatively short runway... It was a good experience, I like the aeroplane :)
I haven't read the article yet.
