Why no auto daylight savings on Flyer Forum?

Postby David Williams » Mon Mar 26, 2012 8:40 am

And so begins the twice-yearly hunting through the settings to correct the Forum clock.

Why is Flyer the only online forum for which I have to do this? Does the software really, really not have an auto daylight savings feature? I bet it does, but for some reason it hasn't been switched on.

Um, mine's still showing as per my setting. Should there be "Yes No Auto" options?

There is a lot of material out there on the forumsphere. This seems quite appropriate as we have contributors all over the world.

I've not played with this for a while, but the last time I used that "auto DST" thing (on a different forum) it switched when the US changed, causing some confusion and a lot of aggro.

The "user can switch" option works passably well. I thought it was already enabled, but it certainly is now.
