Hi,

Can anyone recommend where I could price/purchase a McCauley or Hartzell prop? Not many options here in Ireland..

Thanks

We've always used Brinkleys : both for propellor Notice 75 and later six year overhaul and newpurchase six months later (don't ask: search the towbar thread).

Even got us a better deal for a three blade prop than a replacement 2 blade prop which got dinked out of limits in the 90s.

They give swift and reliable service.

no, it's AIRSCREW :)

The name was changed from "airscrew" to "propeller" towards the end of the second world war, allegedly after a maintenance engineer put in a requisition order by telegram for "four lancaster airscrews", and received instead 4 sets of seven surprised Lancaster airmen...

Did anyone else notice in the Brinkley video and 4 blade prop arrived and a 3 blader ended up despatched?

What happened to the other blade ?? :?: :!:
