It is quite easy to obtain the homologation for a private airfield (no public transport, no flying school, only owner and friends use the airfield).

Just like in the UK then.

Thanks again everyone, I understand know about regions/departments and need to get my friend to give me a full address. I have also taken note of all the contacts, and as soon as he tells me his plans I will be contacting people, I will also update on here with any progress or non progress, if you get my drift.
