Kendrew Barracks (RAF Cottesmore)

Postby jonnymarsh » Thu Jan 03, 2013 2:53 pm

The 'Polite NOTAM' has now been extended through till April of this year, and includes 'Living Firing' which I assume is a rather amusing typo....but interestingly, the 2000ft ceiling is also gone. And I hope the residents of the Villages within 3 miles are comfortable with being part of a live training ground...!

E) PILOTS ARE REQUESTED NOT TO OVERFLY. INFANTRY TRAINING INCLUDING
LIVING FIRING WI 3NM RADIUS LOCATION 5244N 00039W (KENDREW BARRACKS,
FORMELY RAF COTTESMORE) 12-09-0720/AS
